One of the most well known wines from Georgia, Saperavi wine which was aged in oak using ancient Kakhetian winemaking methodology. (Qvevri means oak in Georgian) Saperavi Qvevri was harvested in Kvareli, Georgia. Dark ruby color with aromas of ripe fruit verging into compote, characterized with ripe black dried fruits like cherry and plum aromas with velvet tannins and pleasant astringency. Slightly earthy as is typical of a good Qvevri wine. Pairs perfectly with steak, lamb or with any meat dishes. Dry red wine, 12%.
Semi dry Georgian wine with a hint of sweetness made from rare grapes 80% Aleksandrouli and 20% Mujuretuli and harvested in Khvanchkara micro zone of racha region in Georgia. Saguramo is red dry wine which was aged in oak barrel using ancient Georgian wine making technique and is made of three endemic grape varieties from Kartli region in Georgia: Shavkapito 25%, Buza 15%, and Danakharuli 60%. It has fruity light body with black cherry, Georgian black plum, dry apple, blackberry and almond with enough complexity and oak aroma which results in long enough after taste, Medium intensity. Slightly similar to ancient Gamay wine from France. Can be paired with smoked cheese, salmon, stewed meat dishes or steak. 11.5%

Medium-sweet white Georgian wine produced from Tsolikauri grape. It's a pale wine with a greenish tint and subtle scents of honeysuckle and apricots. It is delicately sweet but kept fresh and appealing by zesty acid, while the long aftertaste brings back, once more, the floral and fruity aromas. Enjoy on its own or with chicken or fish pates and cheeses.

Semi dry rose wine made from Saperavi 5%, Muscat 5%, and Mtsvane 90% grapes in Kakheti region in Georgia. Light pink color, which is created by keeping the grape juice in contact with the grape skins for no more than 8-10 hours. It is characterized by gentle floral bouquet. Ia in Georgian means Violet flower and Ia's Rose translates as Violet Rose. This light bodied rose perfectly pairs with any food. 11.5%
