Semi Dry red wine, made from unique Aleksandrouli and Mujuretuli grape variety. Cultivated in Khvanchkara micro-zone. It has a very strong characteristic bouquet and harmonious velvety taste of strawberries, raspberries and forest berries. Ideally matches with fruit, sweets and other desserts.

Saperavi is a full-bodied and rich wine with an extraordinary purple color. This mature wine offers balanced and harmonious bouquet, with pleasant tannins, light acidity and hints of cherries, plums and black pepper on the palate. Pairs well with red meats and cheese.

Rare red grape variety common in the western Georgia. The Otskhanuri sapere is originated from Sviri, Imereti. It undergoes fermentation in the dark oak vats. "Saperavi Qvevri" is made from Kakheti oldest Georgian grape varieties Saperavi. It is characterized by dark pomegranate, violet color. Saperavi grapes - were fermented for six months in the traditional clay vessel “Qvevri” which was buried in the ground of the winery.

Selected Saperavi blocks of Kondoli vineyards were first harvested during the first block of verasion at the end of July. The fully ripe selected bunches were carefully handpicked in small boxes at the end of September. Lightly crushed and fermented on natural yeast. Wine goes through the fermentation process in the French oak barrel, where it is aged for 24 months. Wine is characterized with dark ruby color accompanied by vanilla and smoky tones.

Dry amber wine Mtsvane Qvevri is made from grape variety “Kakhuri Mtsvane” cultivated in Kakheti region. Grapes are placed in large clay vessels (Qvevri) buried underground to allow fermentation and aging for 67 months in natural condition together with the grain. Wine is amber greenish in color. Aromas of ripe fruits and dried fruits give the wine unique taste. Wine is full bodied and velvety. Wine may have natural sediments. Pairs well with fish and roast meat.

White dry wine Kisi made from the old Georgian grape variety grown in Kakheti region. It is characterized by a light golden colour and medium body. The saturated aromas of tropical fruits make it stand out from all other Georgian wines. Recommended with vegetable, poultry and meat dishes.

Hand-picked grapes of Rkatsiteli, Mtsvane and Kisi varieties were fermented on skins and seeds for six months. This extractive, full-bodied wine has a pleasant and complex aroma of dry peach and quince. The taste is rich with honey and boiled quince flavors, and a long-lasting finish.

Wine is made of the endemic breeds of white grape from the Shida Kartli region (Kaspi village in Okami). Fermented in Qvevri with no filtration and without any chemical additives. Chinuri has floral and herbal aromas - including mint, pear and other yellow fruit.

Semi dry rose wine made from Saperavi 5%, Muscat 5%, and Mtsvane 90% grapes in Kakheti region in Georgia. Light pink color, which is created by keeping the grape juice in contact with the grape skins for no more than 8-10 hours. It is characterized by gentle floral bouquet.
